Physician / Urology / Maryland / Permanent / Urology Physician - Outside Washington DC - J1 Job

- Full-time permanent position - Join large 100+ physician multispecialty group practice - Robust referral base from 60+ primary care physicians - Busy from day one. Huge unmet patient demand in area - Ability to build up a niche practice over time if desired - Primarily outpatient role. Some hospital coverage would be great but not essential. - 3 days in Calvert County and 1-2 days in Waldorf or White Plains, MD - NextGen EMR - Employed W2 position with initial income guarantee - Uncapped RVU-based compensation + quality bonus + patient satisfaction bonus - Full benefits - Occurrence-based malpractice (no need for tail) - 5 weeks PTO - Excellent schools, safe growing community, affordable housing options
