Immediate start available for ongoing coverage; apply now to make a meaningful impact in patient care.<br><strong>Quick Facts </strong>:<br><ul><li>Location: 1001 South George Street, York, PA 17403 </li><li>Start Date: 08/31/2026 </li><li>End Date/Duration: Ongoing </li><li>Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (Day shift, 8 hours) </li><li>Hours/week: 40 </li><li>Employment Type: Contract </li><li>License/Certs: PA License or IMLC LOQ, DEA required </li><li>Experience: Minimum 1 year in Urology </li> </ul><br><strong>Pay & Benefits </strong>:<br><ul><li>Hourly Pay Rate: $443.43 </li><li>Pay package discussed upon application </li><li>Weekly pay via direct deposit </li><li>Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) </li><li>Robust referral bonus program </li><li>Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws </li><li>Licensure, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable </li> </ul><br><strong>What You ll Do </strong>:<br><ul><li>Provide urological care in a busy clinic setting with a patient volume of approximately patients/day </li><li>Perform core procedures including cystoscopy, ureteroscopy, vasectomy, prostate procedures, and more </li><li>Support the management of patients over 18, with rare support for pediatric cases </li><li>Supervise nurse practitioners and other advanced practice providers </li><li>Utilize EPIC EMR system for documentation and patient management </li><li>Participate in support of robotic surgery, when applicable </li><li>Contribute to procedures such as vasectomy reversal, penile implants, lithotripsy, and circumcisions </li><li>Collaborate closely with clinical support staff, including 4 MAs, 1 CSA, and 1 RN </li> </ul><br><strong>What You Need </strong>:<br><ul><li>Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology </li><li>Valid PA medical license or IMLC LOQ </li><li>DEA license </li><li>At least 1 year of urology experience </li><li>Strong procedural skills and clinical judgment </li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team </li> </ul><br><strong>About the Assignment </strong>:<br>Join a dynamic outpatient clinic focused on a variety of urological procedures and consultations. The facility supports robotic surgeries across two surgical centers with 16 operating rooms.
