Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)<br>National Psychiatry Lee and Collier County<br><strong><br>About the Opportunity:<br></strong><br>We are thrilled to share a rare and exciting opportunity to join National Psychiatry, an established and rapidly growing behavioral health practice in beautiful Lee and Collier County.<br>We are seeking a qualified and experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) who thrives in a dynamic post-acute setting. This role is ideal for someone who:<ul><li>Enjoys flexibility and autonomy </li><li>Takes full ownership of their work </li><li>Is a strong communicator and relationship builder </li><li>Is genuinely passionate about patient care </li> </ul>This is more than just a role it s an opportunity to build, grow, and make a meaningful impact within a supported, high-functioning clinical team.<br><strong><br>Position Overview: </strong><br>This position will initially involve psychiatric rounding in two or three post-acute facilities, with an approximate census of 50-100 patients.<br>With the right personality and motivation, this role has significant growth potential.
