<p><strong>Position Title: </strong>BC Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) </p><p><strong>Location: </strong> Fort Walton Beach, FL </p><p>Emerald Coast Behavioral Hospital is a Joint Commission-accredited psychiatric hospital. Located in the heart of beautiful Panama City, Florida, Emerald Coast Behavioral Hospital provides mental health services to children, adolescents, adults, active-duty service members and their families and veterans. </p><p>Emerald Coast offers Outpatient Services in Fort Walton Beach, Marianna, Panama City and Pensacola. </p><p><strong>Position Overview: </strong> </p><ul><li><strong>Role: </strong> Employed W-2 BC PMHNP </li><li><strong>Patient Population: </strong> Outpatient ages 12 and older </li><li><strong>Schedule: </strong>Onsite, Monday Friday schedule, 8 am 4:30 pm </li><li><strong>Details: </strong> The primary location would be the <u>Okaloosa Outpatient Center in Fort Walton Beach, FL </u> with backup coverage to surrounding outpatient centers as needed via telehealth, including Marianna, Panama City, and Pensacola clinics. </li><li><strong>Caseload: </strong> Average daily caseload of 8-10 patients per day </li><li><strong>Call requirement: </strong> No call required </li> </ul><p><strong>Position Highlights/Duties: </strong> </p><ul><li>Competitive compensation package with employed base salary, comprehensive benefits, sign-on bonus, PTO, CMEs and more. </li><li>Position duties include evaluations and assessments, medication management, treatment team management, daily care of patients and administrative duties as related to patient care. </li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements: </strong> </p><ul><li>Graduation from an accredited Master s level Nurse Practitioner program with a specialty in psychiatry, PMHNP certification is required.<br>Must have an active Florida license or the ability to obtain. </li><li>Must be willing to see ages 12 and older </li> </ul><p><strong>Fort Walton Beach, FL </strong> is located in the panhandle of the Gulf of Mexico and just minutes from Destin, FL.
