Now Hiring: Nurse Practitioner (NP) Surgical Hair Transplantation<br>Pay: $180,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year<br>Care4Hair, a leading provider in surgical hair restoration under local anesthetic, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for an NP interested in gaining hands-on experience with FUE (Follicular Unit Extraction) procedures and working in a collaborative plastic surgery environment.<br>Position Overview<br>This is a hands-on role in Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE) hair restoration surgery. The ideal candidate must be passionate about patient care, meticulous with technique, and eager to work collaboratively in a surgical setting.<br>Position Requirements<br>Master s Degree in Nursing<br>Certified Nurse Practitioner (Required)<br>Valid Nurse Practitioner License<br>Bilingual in English and Spanish (Preferred)<br>Highly responsible and trustworthy<br>Excellent communication and teamwork skills<br>Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new techniques<br>Key Responsibilities<br>Take comprehensive patient histories and conduct pre-operative evaluations<br>Educate patients on pre- and post-operative care specific to hair transplantation<br>Assist in patient consultations and surgical planning<br>Perform FUE hair transplant procedures, including:<br>Graft extraction using motorized or manual FUE tools<br>Graft dissection and preservation<br>Site creation and implantation<br>Monitor patient comfort and safety throughout the procedure<br>Maintain surgical instruments and ensure a sterile operating environment<br>Document procedures and maintain accurate patient records<br>Provide follow-up care and address patient questions or concerns post-surgery<br>If you're a motivated NP looking to gain specialized surgical skills in a growing and innovative field, we d love to connect with you!<br>Job Type: Full-time
