Wound, Burn and Ostomy Nurse Practitioner

<strong>Overview: </strong><br>An outstanding home-care service company is expanding and seeking Nurse Practitioners to make visits to <strong>Patients Homes and </strong> <strong>Skilled Nursing Facilities in PA. </strong> These positions offers excellent work-life balance with no on-call duties and a weekday schedule! Cities of coverage include<strong> Pittsburgh, Scranton and Harrisburg, PA! (3 positions available attached to a city of coverage) </strong><br><strong>Details: </strong><br>• Setting: Skilled Nursing Facilities or Patients Homes, visiting patients to provide direct wound care<br>• SNF or Home visits, 6-8 a day<br>• Schedule: <strong>Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM </strong><br><strong>Requirements: </strong><br>• Must have both NP license<br>• Wound care and home care experience preferred but not required; <strong>open to new grads </strong><br><strong>Benefits: </strong><br>• Full-time salaried position<br>• Benefits available: medical, dental, vision, etc.<br>• Bonus system for each advanced care treatment<br>• Gas Mileage reimbursed<br><strong>Please call or text me at if interested!
