Bell Rd., Surprise, AZ</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10px;">Days: Wednesday and Fridays</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10px;">Hours: 8:00 to 4:30</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10px;">If willing fill in at FlexCare Infusion Center, 700 N Estrella Pkwy Ste 200, Goodyear, AZ</span></li></ul><p><br><span style="font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10px;"><strong>Primary Responsibilities:</strong></span></p><ul><li><span style="font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10px;">Provide direct IV care for pediatric and adult patients</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10px;">Prepare and administer sterile medications per protocol</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10px;">Monitor and respond to infusion reactions under NP supervision</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10px;">Communicate with providers and document clinical assessments</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10px;">Support order entry, lab review, and protocol updates</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10px;">Ensure accurate, timely documentation and participate in quality assurance</span></li></ul><p><br><span style="font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10px;">You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.</span></p><p><span style="font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10px;"><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></span></p><ul><li><span style="font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10px;">ASN, BSN or MSN Degree</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10px;">Active RN license in your Arizona</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10px;">Have or willingness to obtain BLS and/or CPR certification upon hire</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10px;">Have or willingness to obtain additional licensure and/or ONS certification within 90 days</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10px;">3+ years of infusion experience; solid IV skills essential</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10px;">Flexibility for on-call support may be required</span></li></ul><p><br><span style="font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10px;"><strong>Preferred Qualification:</strong></span></p><ul><li><span style="font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10px;">Pediatric experience</span></li></ul><p style="text-align:center;"><br><span style="font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10px;"><i>At UnitedHealth Group, our mission is to help people live healthier lives and make the health system work better for everyone. The hourly pay for this role will range from $29 - $52 per hour based on full-time employment.
