Position Highlights:The Primary Care Provider - Advanced Practice Clinician (APC) functions as an independent primary care provider responsible for the comprehensive, longitudinal clinical and administrative coordination of care for an assigned panel of patients. This role is intended for experienced APCs who have demonstrated readiness to independently manage a full primary care panel within a coordinated, value‑based care environment. Providers practice in a collaborative team model and assume accountability for clinical decision‑making, care coordination, and outcomes over time. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
