The role provides direct program support for schedule development and maintenance, change control activities, customer deliverables, baseline review support, and cost and schedule integration within an Earned Value Management environment, as well as support for replanning and schedule recovery efforts.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt; color: black;">The individual in this role develops, maintains, and analyzes integrated program schedules, including resource-loaded schedules and Earned Value-related schedule analysis. This position supports programs in building executable plans, integrating inputs across functional and program teams, and improving schedule quality, transparency, and performance.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt; color: black;">This role also contributes to the refinement of program planning and scheduling processes, tools, and reporting methods to improve planning consistency and resource visibility across programs. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, Cleveland Ohio, and Vermont is $73,000 - $135,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
