With an open-door policy and real flexibility, you'll never be just another number—you'll be an employee-owner.</span></p><p>We are currently hiring for a Dedicated Lane position running between Phoenix, AZ, and Southern California.</p><p><span style="color: rgb(75, 85, 99);"></span></p><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>Class A CDL (Required)</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of driving experience</li><li>Maximum of 3 moving violations within the past 3 years</li><li>No drug or alcohol convictions</li></ul><p>Job Details</p><ul><li>Lane departs 3 times per week</li><li>Home every other day</li><li>Approximately 2,100 miles per week</li><li>34-hour reset</li><li>Sleeper truck</li><li>Layover in destination city depending on available HOS</li><li>Live unload/offload</li><li>Some accounts may require driver assistance. If not provided, you may purchase one and have it installed by the shop at no cost</li><li>Cameras in all trucks (inside cab, outside, and sides)</li><li>Trucks are not allowed to be taken home</li><li>No pet policy</li><li>New hires may bring a passenger after 90 days of employment</li></ul><p>Trailer:</p><ul><li>53-foot</li><li>Reefer/Dry van (Depends on account)</li></ul>
