The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transporting oversized and overweight loads safely and efficiently.</p><p style="margin-left: 0px;"><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Safely operate heavy haul trucks to transport oversized and overweight loads.</li><li>Plan and execute routes that comply with state and federal regulations.</li><li>Secure loads properly to ensure safe transportation.</li><li>Perform routine inspections and maintenance of the truck.</li><li>Maintain accurate logs and records of cargo, routes, and hours of service.</li><li>Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other team members.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service and represent the company in a professional manner.</li></ul><p style="margin-left: 0px;"><b>Requirements:</b></p><ul><li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in heavy haul transportation.</li><li>Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements.</li><li>Strong knowledge of state and federal transportation regulations.</li><li>Ability to operate and maintain heavy haul equipment.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li><span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">Must be comfortable being away from home for extended periods, including trips longer than one week.</span><br></li></ul><p style="margin-left: 0px;"><b>Preferred Certifications:</b></p><ul><li>Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC)</li><li>Wind Industry Transportation Professional Advanced Certification (WITPAC)</li></ul><p style="margin-left: 0px;"><b>Benefits:</b></p><ul><li>Competitive pay</li><li>Health, dental, and vision insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>
