We offer steady miles, a team that looks out for you, and a clear pay structure that rewards safe, experienced drivers.</b></p><p><strong>Pneumatic Drivers – Local</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Freight Type:</strong> Powdered cement</p></li><li><p><strong>Local Routes:</strong> Home daily | Average pay $1,300–$1,600 per week</p></li><li><p><strong>Benefits:</strong> Daily or weekend home time depending on route, stable freight, and professional work environment</p></li><li>Starting Compensation: 25% of Line Haul</li><li>90 day Increase to: 28% of Line Haul</li></ul><p><b>Additional Pay for all Driver Types</b></p><ul><li>Additional stop pay</li><li>Short haul loads</li><li>Detention</li><li>Driver unload / assist unload</li><li>HazMat loads</li><li>Holiday pay</li><li>Trailer spotting / extra drop hook</li><li>Breakdown pay</li></ul><p><strong>Other Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage</p></li><li><p>401(k) retirement plan</p></li><li><p>Paid vacation:</p><ul><li><p>1 week after 6 months of employment</p></li><li><p>1 additional week after 12 months</p></li><li><p>3 weeks after 7 years</p></li><li><p>4 weeks after 15 years</p></li></ul></li><li><p>8 paid holidays per year</p></li><li><p>WMW covers the full cost of your initial HazMat certification</p></li><li><p>All hourly work paid as straight time</p></li><li><p>Weight ticket reimbursements at face value</p></li></ul><p><strong>Equipment:</strong></p><p>Our International LT trucks come fully equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, TV, premium driver's seat, and an auxiliary power unit (APU) for your comfort on the road.</p><p><b>WHAT YOU'LL DO</b></p><ul><li>Operate Class A tractor-trailers to transport freight, general commodities, and specialized cargo.</li><li>Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections; report defects, accidents, or violations promptly.</li><li>Load, secure, and inspect cargo; follow special handling procedures for hazmat or temperature-sensitive freight.</li><li>Maintain accurate HOS logs and all required DOT/FMCSA documentation.</li><li>Verify bills of lading, collect signatures/receipts, and ensure all paperwork is complete and correct.</li><li>Plan routes and schedules to meet pickup and delivery windows.</li><li>Perform basic vehicle maintenance (fluids, minor repairs); keep trailer clean and ready.</li></ul><p><b>REQUIREMENTS</b></p><ul><li>Valid Class A CDL — required.</li><li>HazMat endorsement preferred not required.</li><li>High School Diploma or GED.</li><li>TWIC card preferred not required.</li><li>Must pass and maintain all DOT/FMCSA physical requirements.</li></ul><p><b>WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR</b></p><ul><li>Reliable, accountable, and safety-conscious — you take this job seriously.</li><li>Strong time management — you plan ahead and meet your windows.</li><li>Clear communicator — professional with customers and easy to reach by dispatch.</li><li>Team player — respectful, cooperative, and positive on the road and in the yard.</li></ul><p style="margin-left: 0px;"><i>This job description is not an exhaustive list of all duties.
