This position is covered under Section 3 of the HUD Act of 1968; HUD recipients and Section 3 residents are encouraged to apply.</p> <h3>Chief Financial Officer</h3> <p>This CFO will administer and advise, manage/coordinate, and oversee the Housing Authority’s fiscal/financial management programs and activities.</p> <h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Professional Bachelor’s degree (Masters and/or CPA preferred) from an accredited college or university with coursework in public administration, financial management, finance, accounting, business, or a related field.</li> <li>At least seven (7) years of financial and management experience in a public agency housing program or a closely related field; or private enterprise, non-profit, or government administration including five (5) years in a supervisory capacity.</li> <li>Competitive salary with full benefits.
