Home Health RN Clinical Management Specialist Travel Position

<div><p><em><strong>This is a hybrid position - remote and travel in territory that includes 8 locations in Alabama, 3 in Atlanta area and Hardeeville, SC.</strong></em></p><p><strong>Position Overview</strong><br>The <strong>Clinical Management Specialist</strong> is a qualified professional responsible for collaboration with Home Health and Hospice leadership in planning, coordinating, and delivering quality services to the client.  This is a regional resource assigned as needed for interim clinical leadership, training, and/or clinical support.<br><br><strong>Essential Job Functions</strong></p><ul><li>Monitors and assesses company electronic medical records (EMR) workflows and assists as needed or assigned</li><li>Provides support with the intake process and admission decisions</li><li>Facilitates virtual training for newly hired/rehired/promoted Clinical Managers and Nurses</li><li>Serve as interim Clinical Manager when position is vacant</li><li>Act as mentor for new Clinical Managers</li></ul><p><strong>Aveanna Healthcare Offers:</strong></p><ul><li>401(k) with Company match </li><li>Health, Dental, and Vision Benefits</li><li>Vacation Time, Sick Time, and Paid Holidays</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Registered Nurse with an active and unencumbered license in the state of residence</li><li>Expertise and experience with the Homecare Homebase (HCHB) EMR system</li><li>Three (3) years of clinical experience within the last five (5) years in a home health agency, home care setting, or health facility</li><li>Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience is requred </li><li>Valid and acceptable driver’s license with proof of automobile insurance coverage</li><li>Travel by car between regional offices will be required</li></ul></div><p>HHH</p><p>As an employer accepting Medicare and Medicaid funds, employees must comply with all health-related requirements in all relevant jurisdictions, including required vaccinations and testing, subject to exemptions for medical or religious reasons as appropriate.</p><p><a href="https://www.aveanna.com/CaliforniaPrivacyNotices.html">Notice for Job Applicants Residing in California</a></p><p><a href="https://info.flclearinghouse.com/">Notice for Job Applicants Residing in Florida</a></p>
