This is not a trainee or entry-level role. Candidates selected will be certified and ready to assume full store management responsibilities as soon as a vacancy arises.</span></p><p style="margin: 0px;"> </p><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>COMPENSATION: Ranges from 80K to 100K per year</strong></span></p><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;"> </span></p><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;"><strong>About the MOD Program</strong></span></p><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">The MOD program is a structured, hands-on certification experience. Candidates will:</span></p><ul><li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Be paired with a high performing Store Manager in a designated training store.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Learn Sun Auto’s operational standards, leadership principles, and customer service expectations.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Apply skills in real time through on-the-job practice, milestone check-ins, and self-assessments.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Receive coaching, feedback, and development support from their assigned Store Manager and Sun University resources.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Complete required training modules and demonstrate mastery of all Store Manager duties.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Upon successful completion, MODs are placed as soon as a suitable Store Manager role opens in their area.</span></li></ul><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;"><strong>Duties & Responsibilities</strong></span></p><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;"><strong>People</strong></span></p><ul><li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Set expectations and communicate regularly with employees on job responsibilities, goals, training, development, and customer service.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Hold employees accountable for job responsibilities and goals through coaching and counseling.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Recruit, interview, and hire new employees as needed, in partnership with HR.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Conduct regular performance evaluations for all employees.</span></li></ul><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;"><strong>Financials</strong></span></p><ul><li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Analyze and measure business trends; develop and implement plans to maximize sales and meet or exceed sales and profit targets.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Share financial targets and results with employees during store meetings.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Review invoices and daily reports to identify business growth opportunities.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Maintain proper controls over company assets and follow standard closing procedures.</span></li></ul><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;"><strong>Facilities</strong></span></p><ul><li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the store at all times, including front, back, and exterior.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Maintain “best in class” housekeeping and merchandising standards.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Conduct regular equipment inspections and request maintenance as necessary.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Ensure timely return of unused parts to vendors and proper credit processing.</span></li></ul><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;"><strong>Qualifications</strong></span></p><ul><li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Two or more years of experience leading a team in a similar role.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Proven experience in retail or automotive service management.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Demonstrated ability to develop and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual plans with clearly defined goals.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales and profit goals.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Previous experience as an Automotive Technician or similar position preferred, but not required.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Valid driver’s license and ability to meet Sun Auto’s driving requirements.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Willingness to relocate or accept placement in an open store upon program completion.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Ability to work a minimum of five days per week, including weekends.</span></li></ul><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;"><strong>Working Conditions and Physical Demands</strong></span></p><ul><li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Exposure to moderate to loud noises, dust, exhaust fumes, lubricants, petroleum products, vapors, caustic materials, and other hazardous and non-hazardous materials.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Work environment temperatures may vary, including extreme heat and/or cold.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Must be able to stand up to eight hours per day, walk throughout the building, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and have full range of motion with arms and hands.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;
