Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.QualificationsEducation:<ul><li>Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (Associate’s Degree, Diploma, or BSN)</li></ul>Licensure:<ul><li>Must hold and maintain a current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure as applicable</li><li>Responsible for meeting all State Board of Nursing requirements</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>2 years of patient care experience required</li><li>Supervisor experience preferred</li></ul>Certifications:<ul><li>Required: Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association (or within 30 days of hire)</li><li>Additional certifications may be required based on unit or obtained within department timeframe:<ul><li>ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)</li><li>NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)</li><li>ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course)</li><li>TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)</li><li>CPHON (Certified Pediatric Hematology/Oncology Nurse)</li><li>OCN (Oncology Certified Nurse)</li><li>PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)</li><li>PEARS (Pediatric Assessment Recognition and Stabilization)</li><li>S.T.A.B.L.E.
