<br /><b>REGISTERED NURSE SUPERVISOR (RN) - GOLDEN YEARS NURSING HOME</b><br /><br /><div> <div> <div> <p><em>Liberty Cares<br /> With Compassion</em></p> <p><em><strong>Premium Pay </strong></em></p> <p>At <strong>Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services</strong>, we promote a challenging but rewarding opportunity in a caring environment.</p> <p>We are currently seeking an experienced:</p> <p><strong>REGISTERED NURSE SUPERVISOR (RN)</strong></p> <p>Job Description:</p> <ul> <li>Assures the best patient care possible by supervising the Facility and by directing the nursing staff during the shift.</li> <li>Assists Director of Nursing in directing, coordinating and supervising the Nursing Services Department.</li> <li>Supervises Nursing services for Facility during shift in accordance with the Nursing Practice Act, Facility policies and procedures, and the local, state, and federal regulations.</li> <li>Supervises and assists Nurses with patients during acute episodes.</li> <li>Deals with employee problems on a timely basis and documents actions.</li> <li>Assumes on-call responsibilities.</li> <li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li> </ul> <p>Job Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>High school graduate.</li> <li>Registered Nurse, graduated from an accredited School of Nursing.
