You'll never float alone.</li></ul><p><b>What You'll Do</b></p><ul><li>Provide evidence-based, individualized care using the full nursing process.</li><li>Manage complex, high-acuity patients with confidence and clinical expertise.</li><li>Safely and accurately administer medications, infusions, and treatments.</li><li>Respond quickly to emergencies and critical changes in patient condition.</li><li>Partner with patients and families to educate, advocate, and empower.</li><li>Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure the highest standards of care.</li></ul><h1><b>What You'll Bring:</b></h1><p><b>Education:</b></p><ul><li>Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred).</li></ul><p><b>Licensure & Certifications:</b></p><ul><li>Active RN license (compact or single state).</li><li>BLS - Basic Life Support from AHA required.</li><li>ACLS required.</li><li>CCRN certification preferred.</li></ul><p><b>Experience:</b></p><ul><li>Minimum 2+ years of Recent Critical Care RN experience (ICU, CVICU, SICU, MICU, or similar).</li></ul><p><b>Skills:</b></p><ul><li>Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking.</li><li>Calm under pressure in fast-paced environments.</li><li>Excellent communication, collaboration, and patient advocacy skills.</li><li>Highly adaptable, organized, and team-oriented.</li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left">Join us and discover the support to do more meaningful work-and enjoy a more rewarding life.
