<p><strong>Opportunity Highlights</strong></p><ul><li>General ENT practice that can welcome subspecialty.</li><li>Comprehensive ENT services, including in-office procedures.</li><li>Routine procedures, as well as head and neck.</li><li>Advance practice provider support staff.</li><li>Team approach to patient care.</li><li>Experience in allergy, chronic ear surgery and endocrine surgery is a plus, but not required.</li><li>Hospital employed position.</li><li>Berkshire Health Systems offer a competitive salary, including relocation/sign on bonus.</li><li>Exceptional benefits along with 7 weeks of Time Off which includes vacation, sick time and CME; $4500 allowance for CME activity</li></ul><p><strong>Division Chief Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>To oversee all clinically-related activities of the Division and perform OPPE and FPPE for the members of the division.</li><li>To oversee all administratively-related activities of the Division, unless otherwise provided by the hospital with emphasis on the Ambulatory Clinic;</li><li>To provide ongoing surveillance of the performance of all individuals in the Division who have been granted clinical privileges;</li><li>To integrate the Division into the primary functions of the hospital;</li><li>To coordinate and integrate interdepartmental and intradepartmental services and communication;</li><li>To continually assess and improve of the quality of care, treatment, and services;</li><li>To orient and continuously educate all persons in the Division;</li><li>Enforcement of the Hospital and Medical Staff Bylaws, policies, and Rules & Regulations within the Division;</li><li>Be responsible for communicating information and changes in policies and practices to members of their Division; and</li><li>Performance of other such duties commensurate with the office as may from time to time be reasonably requested of them by the Department Chair, MEC, and the Board of Trustees.</li></ul><p><strong>Hospital Overview</strong></p><ul><li>Berkshire Health Systems is a non profit, independent community health system that provides comprehensive medical care to the residents and visitors of Berkshire County.</li><li>Berkshire Medical Center is a 298-bed community teaching hospital with residency programs in internal medicine residency, surgery and psychiatry.
