<p><a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" class="editor-link" href="https://www.sanfordhealth.org/"><strong>Sanford Health</strong></a> is seeking a BC/BE <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" class="editor-link" href="https://sanfordcareers.com/fargo-nd/physician-otolaryngology/C7AA9C5FEC0D42D49E35598601C8DA3E/job/"><strong>Otolaryngologist</strong></a> to join the collegial group of energetic ENT and Audiology providers in Fargo, ND.</p><p><strong><u>Practice Details:</u></strong></p><ul><li><p>Five-physician Otolaryngology group with General ENT and subspecialty expertise in Head & Neck, Facial Plastics, and Neurotology</p></li><li><p>Strong demand in General ENT, with particular need in sinus and sleep surgery, offering the opportunity to build a broad, full-scope practice aligned with established group standards</p></li><li><p>Integrated care model with support from 6 Audiologists and 9 Advanced Practice Providers across clinic, OR, and inpatient care, with opportunity to develop and lead your own clinical team</p></li><li><p>6 Audiologists</p></li><li><p>9 Advanced practice providers</p></li><li><p>Dedicated block time in the operating room with opportunity to expand based on demand</p></li><li><p>Shared General ED/Hospital call of 1:8; Head & Neck and Neurotology provide subspecialty coverage; facial trauma coverage not required</p></li><li><p>Large, stable referral base across a broad regional population.</p></li><li><p>Regional referral center serving a population of over 1 million across North Dakota and western Minnesota</p></li><li><p>Opportunities for teaching medical students and residents</p></li></ul><p>Sanford Health offers Nationally Competitive two-year guarantee with an additional Physician Benefit package including, 401K, Health, Dental, Vision, Paid CME, Paid Time Away, Malpractice, Disability, Relocation Allowance. <br></p><p><strong>Competitive compensation package includes:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Compensation floor of $700,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.</p></li><li><p>In addition, a $150,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 3 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details)</p></li></ul>
