<p>Join a high-performing Emergency Medicine team offering exceptional growth opportunities. This Level 3 trauma medical center is expanding their emergency care services to meet increasing patient demand. To support this expansion, we are launching two new state-of-the-art Free-Standing Emergency Departments: <br/>•  A 12-bed FSED opening in 2027. <br/>•  An 8-bed FED expected to open in late 2026. <br/>This is a unique opportunity for Emergency Medicine physicians to contribute to a community-focused, innovative healthcare environment in one of the fastest-growing counties in the U.S.<br/><br/>• Minimum of 120 hours per month (ten 12-hour shifts), with the opportunity to work additional shifts if desiredno cap on monthly shifts, and all are paid at the same rate.<br/>• Rotations between the main ED and FSEDs are expected, though exclusive FSED coverage may be considered. <br/>• The main ED is staffed with 5 physicians and 2-3+ APPs each day.
