<p>Director Radiation Oncology</p><p>Location: Morris Cancer Center - New Brunswick, NJ</p><p>Approximate Compensation Range: $135,000 - 185,000</p><p>RWJBarnabas Health - Radiation Oncology</p><p>Pay Transparency:</p><p>The above reflects the anticipated annual salary range for this position if hired to work in New Jersey.</p><p>The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills, and professional experience.</p><p> Leadership experience in Radiation Oncology required.</p><p> RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a strategic and experienced leader to oversee Radiation Oncology operations at Morris Cancer Center. The Director partners closely with physicians, executive leadership, and system stakeholders to ensure safe high-quality, and efficient radiation therapy services.</p><p> The role is accountable for advancing operational excellence, regulatory compliance, workforce engagement, and financial stewardship within a complex academic healthcare environment.</p><p> As Director, you will:</p><p>* Lead Radiation Oncology operations to ensure clinical quality, patient safety, and operational efficiency.</p><p>* Align departmental strategy, workflows, and performance metrics.</p><p>* Oversee operating and capital budgets while proactively managing financial performance.</p><p>* Ensure compliance with hospital standards and regulatory agencies (TJC, NJ DOH).</p><p>* Develop and mentor a high-performing, engage clinical team.</p><p> This role may be for you if:</p><p>* You are an experienced Radiation Oncology leader ready to influence at a system level.</p><p>* You pair strong clinical expertise with operational and financial insight.</p><p>* You build trusted partnerships with physicians and senior leaders.</p><p>* You create accountability while fostering a collaborative, patient-centered culture.</p><p> To Be Considered:</p><p> Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), active ARRT certification, NJDEP licensure, and current BLS certification.
