<b>Job Description & Requirements</b><br>Electrophysiology Cardiology Physician<br>StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $315.25 - $341.25 <br><br><p><span style="font-size: 13px;">This facility is seeking an Electrophysiology Cardiology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.  </span></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><span style="font-size: 13px;">Details and requirements for this opportunity: </span></p><p><span style="font-size: 13px;">Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; ongoing coverage, minimum 1 week per month (3 weeks per month preferred)</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style="font-size: 13px;">Practice Setting: Outpatient clinic and electrophysiology laboratory</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style="font-size: 13px;">Types of Cases: Electrophysiology studies, cardiac ablations (atrial fibrillation, supraventricular tachycardia, ventricular tachycardia), pacemaker implantation, implantable cardioverter-defibrillator implantation, cardiac resynchronization therapy device implantation, device checks and management</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style="font-size: 13px;">Credentialing Timeframe: 60–90 days (temporary privileges available)</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style="font-size: 13px;">Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Cerner</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style="font-size: 13px;">Certifications Required: Basic Life Support; Board Certification in Electrophysiology</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style="font-size: 13px;">Licensure Required: Active Michigan medical license required; Interstate Medical Licensure Compact candidates not accepted</span></p><br><br><b>Job Benefits</b><br>AMN Healthcare typically arranges medical or dental malpractice insurance for the contractor providers we match to client opportunities.
