<b>Job Description & Requirements</b><br>Emergency Medicine Physician<br>StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 10 Pay Rate: $266.75 - $288.75 <br><br><p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 9pt; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">This facility is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. </span><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 9pt; background-color: rgb(198, 198, 198);"> </span></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Annual volume: Approximately 70,000 visits/year</li><li>Physician shift times: 6a-6p, 6p-6a </li><li>NP/PA Coverage: Yes; APPs expected for surge support</li><li>Back-up specialties available: Multi-specialty consultant support and trauma surgeons available 24/7</li><li>EMR: Meditech</li><li>Certifications required: American Board of Emergency Medicine (ABEM), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), must have an active Texas License and Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA).</li></ul><br><br><b>Facility Location</b><br>From rodeos and performing arts to space exploration and medical research, Houston is a city with a uniquely vibrant style and flair.
