<b>Job Description & Requirements</b><br>Emergency Medicine Physician<br>StartDate: 12/7/2026 Pay Rate: $266.75 - $288.75 <br><br><p><span style="font-size: 13px;">This facility is seeking a Emergency Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.  </span></p><p><br></p><p><span style="font-size: 13px;"> </span></p><p><br></p><p><span style="font-size: 13px;">Details and requirements for this opportunity:</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style="font-size: 13px;">Schedule: December 2026 start. Night shifts 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 12+ shifts per month for approximately 4 months.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style="font-size: 13px;">Practice Setting: Emergency Department.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style="font-size: 13px;">Types of Cases: General emergency medicine, adult medical emergencies, blunt trauma, limited pediatric cases, emergency procedures including intubation, central lines, chest tubes, lumbar punctures, and ultrasound preferred.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style="font-size: 13px;">Credentialing Timeframe: 60-120 days.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style="font-size: 13px;">Electronic Medical Record: Epic.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style="font-size: 13px;">Certifications Required: Basic Life Support and active Drug Enforcement Administration registration.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style="font-size: 13px;">Licensure Required: Willing to obtain state license.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style="font-size: 13px;">Board Certification Required: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine.</span></p><br><br><b>Job Benefits</b><br>AMN Healthcare typically arranges medical or dental malpractice insurance for the contractor providers we match to client opportunities.
