Job description
<p>Join our ENT practice at <strong>PeaceHealth University District</strong> in Eugene, Oregon. We are seeking a <strong>full-time (1.0 FTE) general otolaryngologist</strong> to join a collaborative and well-established team. This position offers the opportunity to practice the full spectrum of ENT-from bread-and-butter cases to advanced clinical and surgical care-in a supportive and dynamic environment.</p><p>The team currently includes <strong>6 ENT physicians</strong> and <strong>5 audiologists</strong>, providing comprehensive ear, nose, and throat services to a diverse patient population.</p><p><strong>PeaceHealth Benefits & Culture:</strong></p><ul><li><p>First year salary guarantee of $520,000.00 (based on a 1.0FTE) followed by productivity-based compensation plus up to 10% extra in value measures.</p></li><li><p>Employment bonus, relocation financial assistance with access to relocation vendors such as home finding services, rental housing, and household moving services.</p></li><li><p>Education loan reimbursement <em>for qualified candidates</em></p></li><li><p>Health/Dental/Vision</p></li><li><p>Two retirement savings accounts, matching and base contributions in the 403(b) & 401(a), and an optional third 457(f) plan for those who qualify.</p></li></ul><p>This is a busy established practice at a large non-profit multispecialty group with a large catchment area of 500,000 people including Eugene, the Oregon coast and southern Oregon.
