<p>Seeking a full time(1.0FTE) <strong>Family Medicine</strong> physician to work with collaborative and compassionate group of Caregivers.</p><p>Join a clinic utilizing a medical home model of care working directly with a group of clinicians to provide collaborative, evidence-based care while working in a medical clinic with clinicians in family medicine and internal medicine.
