<p>Seeking a full time(1.0FTE) <strong>Family Medicine</strong> physician to work with collaborative and compassionate group of Caregivers.</p><p>Join a clinic utilizing a medical home model of care working directly with a group of clinicians to provide collaborative, evidence-based care while working in a medical clinic with clinicians in family medicine and internal medicine. On-site lab.</p><p>PeaceHealth's Santa Clara Clinic is part of a larger multi-specialty group with hospitals, clinics and clinicians spanning the Eugene/Springfield, Cottage Grove and Florence communities.
