<b>Job Description & Requirements</b><br>Family Medicine Physician<br>StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $139.68 - $151.20 <br><br><p><span style="font-size: 13px;">This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.  </span></p><p><br></p><p><span style="font-size: 13px;">Details and requirements for this opportunity: </span></p><p><br></p><p><span style="font-size: 13px;">Schedule: Outpatient clinic only, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; flexible as 4x10 or 5x8 if approved. One day per week in Pediatrics.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style="font-size: 13px;">Patients per Day: 22</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style="font-size: 13px;">Practice Setting: Outpatient family medicine clinic</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style="font-size: 13px;">Scope: Primary care, preventive care, chronic disease management, acute visits, pediatric acute care and sports physicals, controlled substance management, optional minor procedures</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 13px;">State Licensure: Maine license required; willing to license</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 13px;">Responsibility for Advanced Practitioners: Yes, supervision may be required</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 13px;">Credentialing Timeframe: 60–90 days; temporary privileges available</span></p><br><br><b>Job Benefits</b><br>AMN Healthcare typically arranges medical or dental malpractice insurance for the contractor providers we match to client opportunities.
