Prior commissioned time is credited one-for-one against the 42-year age cutoff.</li><li>Current, valid, active, and unrestricted nursing license as a Family Nurse Practitioner</li><li>Board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner</li><li>Must be a U.S. citizen</li></ul>
