Our team is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a modern and supportive clinical environment.</p><p><strong>Position Summary</strong></p><p>We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Gynecologist to join our growing women's health team. The physician will provide comprehensive gynecologic care, including preventive services, diagnosis and treatment of gynecologic conditions, office-based procedures, and surgical management when indicated. The ideal candidate is committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care while working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p>Provide comprehensive gynecologic care to patients of all ages.</p></li><li><p>Perform annual well-woman examinations and preventive screenings.</p></li><li><p>Diagnose and treat gynecologic disorders and conditions.</p></li><li><p>Conduct office-based procedures, including colposcopy, endometrial biopsy, IUD insertion/removal, and other minor procedures.</p></li><li><p>Perform gynecologic surgeries as appropriate.</p></li><li><p>Review laboratory, pathology, and imaging results and communicate findings to patients.</p></li><li><p>Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with nurse practitioners, medical assistants, and other providers to ensure coordinated patient care.</p></li><li><p>Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with applicable regulations and standards.</p></li><li><p>Provide patient education regarding treatment options, preventive care, and overall women's health.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li><p>MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.</p></li><li><p>Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.</p></li><li><p>Active New York State medical license or ability to obtain one.</p></li><li><p>DEA registration.</p></li><li><p>Strong clinical, surgical, and communication skills.</p></li><li><p>Commitment to providing exceptional patient care.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Compensation & Benefits</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Annual Salary: $350,000</strong></p></li><li><p>Health, dental, and vision insurance</p></li><li><p>Paid Time Off (PTO)</p></li><li><p>Paid holidays</p></li><li><p>CME allowance and paid CME time</p></li><li><p>Malpractice insurance coverage</p></li><li><p>401(k) retirement plan with employer contribution</p></li><li><p>Professional licensing and credentialing support</p></li><li><p>Collaborative and supportive work environment</p></li></ul><p><strong>Schedule</strong></p><ul><li><p>Full-Time</p></li><li><p>Monday - Friday</p></li><li><p>Competitive work-life balance</p></li><li><p>No hospital call required (if applicable)</p></li></ul><p><strong>To Apply:</strong><br>Qualified candidates are encouraged to submit their CV and cover letter for consideration.
