<p><strong>Job Summary and Responsibilities</strong><br></p><p>As our Gastroenterologist NP, you will join our dynamic healthcare team in Silverdale, specializing in diagnosing and treating a wide array of Gastroenterology cases, making a significant impact on their lives and families. We pride ourselves in practicing high quality, evidence based, and patient centered medicine.</p><p></p><p>You will provide compassionate and expert care, conducting thorough assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support the holistic well-being of our patients and their families within Franciscan Medical Group.</p><p></p><p>To be successful in this role, you will be a skilled, board-certified, and compassionate Gastroenterologist NP, possessing expertise in diagnosing and managing complex Gastroenterology disorders, alongside strong communication abilities. You will also demonstrate a deep commitment to patient-centered care and the capacity to thrive within a collegial and supportive environment.</p><ul><li><p>Franciscan Digestive Care Associates, part of the Center for Digestive Health at Virginia Mason Franciscan Health is recruiting a full-time (1.0FTE) Nurse Practitioner to be based at St. Michael Medical Center in Silverdale, WA, a 386 bed Level III trauma center.</p></li><li><p>SMMC opened a new, state of the art campus in 2020.</p></li><li><p>Our group of over 80 clinicians in gastroenterology and gastrointestinal surgery provide over 76,000 clinic visits, 55,000 endoscopic procedures and 9,000 surgeries annually across Virginia Mason Franciscan Health locations.
