<p><strong>Skilled Nursing Facility Physician Opportunity:</strong></p><p></p><p>Full-time and Part-time opening for a Geriatrician/Skilled Nursing Care Physician. We are looking for Physicians with a passion for improving the quality of life of our most vulnerable population and their families to work in the Post-Acute and Long-Term Care arena. We are seeking Geriatricians or IM/FM trained Physicians to cover skilled patients and follow long-term care patients in <strong>Santa Clara, CA.</strong></p><p></p><p><strong><em>Full-time annual salary range is $320,040 to $330,000</em></strong> plus additional potential incentives up to $44,350*.
