With <strong>over</strong> <strong>4000 babies delivered each year</strong>, our faculty collaborate closely with Loma Linda’s specialists in the <strong>region's largest NICU</strong>, integrating pediatric surgery, cardiology, and other specialties to deliver multidisciplinary care tailored to each family’s needs. </p> <p> Through our partnership with <strong>SAC Health</strong>, we provide vital OBGYN care to underserved individuals and families. SAC Health is a <strong>Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)</strong> offering a wide range of services, including prenatal care, mental health support, and chronic disease management. As part of LLU, you’ll be immersed in a rich academic and professional ecosystem. </p> <p> <u><strong>Compensation & Benefits</strong></u> </p> <p> The compensation range for starting base compensation only, which is adjusted in accordance with years of experience and/or faculty rank, is expected to be $330,000 - $390,000. Variable compensation above base is paid semi-annually for additional productivity above benchmark.
