<p>A highly respected, established private practice in Honolulu is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Interventional Pain Management Physician to join its growing team. This organization is committed to delivering conservative, patient-centered care focused on restoring function and improving long-term outcomes.<br/><br/>This opportunity offers a rare combination of clinical autonomy, strong financial upside, and a clearly defined ambulatory surgery center (ASC) ownership pathwayall within one of the most desirable practice locations in the United States.<br/><br/>Position<br/>• M-F schedule, no call, no weekends<br/>• Opportunity for weekly inter-island practiceexperience multiple Hawaiian communities<br/>• ASC ownership <br/>• 15-22 procedures/day (fluoroscopy-based)<br/>• 30 days PTO + CME, Full benefits + malpractice with tail<br/>• Guaranteed Base Salary on Experience + quarterly bonus average of ~$22,000 a quarter<br/><br/>The Community:<br/>• Located on the southeastern coast of O'ahu, Honolulu offers a unique balance of professional opportunity and lifestyle.
