<p><strong>Join Our Team as an Interventional Radiologist in Beautiful Phoenix!</strong></p><p>Phoenix VA Interventional Radiology seeks a talented Interventional Radiologist to join our growing three-physician IR team. We are part of a well-established practice in Phoenix, Arizona, supporting the Phoenix VA Medical Center with a full range of interventional oncology, hepatobiliary, and advanced body procedures. We offer a diverse case mix, including endovascular treatment of PAD (excluding EVAR, TEVAR, and neuro intervention), along with the full spectrum of other image-guided interventions. The group is committed to training and supporting motivated IR physicians who wish to further develop specific procedural skills.</p><p><strong>Work Schedule:</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.</strong></p></li></ul><p><strong>Compensation and Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Competitive Salary</strong>: Up to $400,000 annually</p></li><li><p><strong>Annual Performance Bonus & Regular Salary Increases</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Sign-on Bonus</strong>: Up to 25% of your annual salary</p></li><li><p><strong>Paid-Time Off</strong>: 50 - 55 days of annual PTO (26 days of annual leave, 13 sick days, 11 paid federal holidays, and up to 5 days for CME)</p></li><li><p><strong>Retirement</strong>: Traditional federal pension (5 years vesting) and federal 401k with up to 5% contribution by VA</p></li><li><p><strong>Insurance</strong>: Federal health, vision, dental, term life, and long-term care insurance (carry into retirement)</p></li><li><p><strong>CME</strong>: Possible $2,500/year reimbursement</p></li><li><p><strong>Malpractice</strong>: Free liability protection with tail coverage provided</p></li><li><p><strong>Flexible Contract</strong>: No Physician Employment Contract and minimal restrictions on moonlighting</p></li></ul><p><strong>Employment Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Doctor of Medicine or equivalent degree in medicine or osteopathic medicine</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Unrestricted License</strong>: One full and unrestricted license from any U.S. state or territory</p></li><li><p><strong>U.S. Citizenship</strong>: Non-citizens may be considered when qualified citizens are not available, per VA policy</p></li></ul><p><strong>Make Phoenix Your New Home:</strong></p><p>Phoenix, the capital of Arizona, is renowned for its year-round sunshine, stunning desert landscapes, and vibrant city life.
