<b>Job Description & Requirements</b><br>Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) Physician<br>StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $325.92 - $352.80 <br><br><p>This facility is seeking a Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. </p><p><br></p><p>Details and requirements for this opportunity:</p><p>Schedule: Monday–Friday coverage blocks; providers must be able to offer 1–2 weeks per month ongoing</p><p><br></p><p>Practice Setting: Office-based Maternal Fetal Medicine clinic and inpatient consultation coverage</p><p><br></p><p>Types of Cases: High-risk obstetrics, amniocentesis, chorionic villus sampling, cerclage (preferred), pre-eclampsia, multiple gestation pregnancies, fetal growth restriction, chromosomal abnormalities, congenital anomalies, preterm labor, hypertension, thrombophilia, genetic disorders, birth defects, high-risk vaginal deliveries, cesarean deliveries, and maternal/fetal co-morbidities</p><p><br></p><p>Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 90 days</p><p><br></p><p>Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic and View Point</p><p><br></p><p>Certifications Required: Basic Life Support; Board Certified or Board Eligible in Maternal Fetal Medicine; Maternal Fetal Medicine Fellowship required; American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine certification preferred</p><p><br></p><p>Licensure Required: Active Virginia medical license</p><br><br><b>Facility Location</b><br>Skyscrapers, antebellum homes and the State Capitol—the old and the new—stand together in graceful compatibility in modern-day Richmond.
