<p><strong>Description</strong></p><p>Job Summary</p><p>We are seeking an experienced <strong>Nurse Practitioner</strong> with an ENT background to join a thriving, established ENT practice in the Stone Oak area of San Antonio. This provider will work alongside a highly respected ENT physician in a busy outpatient practice, helping manage patient volume while the physician is in surgery.</p><p>The ideal candidate will be comfortable evaluating and managing ENT patients independently and thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment. Previous ENT experience is required.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li><p>Evaluate and manage patients with a wide range of general ENT conditions</p></li><li><p>Conduct new patient consultations and follow-up visits</p></li><li><p>Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the supervising physician</p></li><li><p>Order and interpret diagnostic studies, imaging, and hearing evaluations</p></li><li><p>Work independently in clinic while the physician is performing surgical procedures</p></li><li><p>Provide patient education regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up care</p></li><li><p>Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure a seamless patient experience</p></li></ul><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li><p>Current Texas license as a <strong>Nurse Practitioner</strong></p></li><li><p>National certification (AANP or ANCC)</p></li><li><p>Previous ENT experience required</p></li><li><p>Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills</p></li><li><p>Ability to work independently in a busy outpatient setting</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</p></li></ul><p>Practice Highlights</p><ul><li><p>Established, high-volume ENT practice in the Stone Oak area</p></li><li><p>Join a respected physician with a well-developed referral base</p></li><li><p>Dedicated support staff including:</p><ul><li><p>Audiologist performing in-office hearing testing</p></li><li><p>Three Medical Assistants</p></li><li><p>Practice Manager</p></li><li><p>Surgery Scheduler</p></li><li><p>Front Office Team</p></li></ul></li><li><p>Opportunity to help support continued practice growth, including plans to recruit an additional ENT physician</p></li><li><p>Expected patient volume of approximately 20-25 patients per day once fully ramped up</p></li></ul><p>Schedule & Compensation</p><ul><li><p>Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM</p></li><li><p>Competitive compensation based on experience</p></li><li><p>Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, malpractice coverage, PTO, CME allowance, and a 403(b) retirement plan with employer match</p></li></ul>
