Nurse Practitioner - Internal Medicine

<p>The <strong>Division of Internal Medicine at Albany Medical College</strong> is seeking a full-time experienced <strong>Nurse Practitioner</strong> to join our outpatient, academic clinic. This role focuses on delivering high-quality primary care to an established patient population while working closely with physicians, pharmacists, and other members of an interdisciplinary care team.</p><p>This is an excellent opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner who values collaborative practice, continuity of care, and involvement in education and quality improvement initiatives.</p><p><strong>Position Overview</strong><br>The Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients in an outpatient Internal Medicine setting.
