Job description
<p>Provide innovative care as a full-time nurse practitioner with Kadlec Regional Medical Center's fast-paced Urology team in the community of Richland, Washington. Join 3 Urologists and 3 APCs in this Urology practice. Responsibilities of this role include emergency dept call, OR first assist, and outpatient clinic. Join a dedicated, collegial team while enjoying a balanced schedule in sunny southeast Washington.</p><ul><li>$30k starting bonus for experienced provider and $15k for new graduate</li><li>Monday to Friday schedule; 36 patient facing hours</li><li>Robotics assisted technology</li><li>Urology and OR experience preferred</li><li>Includes rotating clinic, inpatient, ED, and first assist</li><li>Kadlec qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)</li><li>Expert professional student debt advice at no charge</li><li>Compensation is between $138,712 and $184,404 per year</li><li>The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position.
