<p><strong>OBGYN Opportunity - Established Practice | Southern Maryland, Near DC</strong></p><p>This established obstetrics and gynecology practice in Southern Maryland, close to DC, is seeking a full-time OB/GYN physician to join a collegial group of ten physicians. Most of the team practices a mix of obstetrics and gynecology, with some providers focusing exclusively on gynecology. The group serves a diverse patient population and averages approximately 70 deliveries per month, with a well-balanced gynecology caseload alongside obstetrics.</p><p><strong>The Position</strong></p><ul><li><p>Manage low- to high-risk obstetrics and a full range of gynecologic care, including in-office procedures, minimally invasive surgery, advanced laparoscopy, and robotic surgery</p></li><li><p>One full day of surgery per week, with flexibility to schedule cases at either the affiliated hospital or a nearby ambulatory surgery center</p></li><li><p>Call: 1:8, taken from home, with a post-call day off</p></li><li><p>Dedicated mentorship and strong surgical exposure from the outset for new physicians</p></li></ul><p><strong>Practice & Support</strong><br>The practice operates out of a main office with additional satellite locations in the surrounding area, and is affiliated with a larger women's health organization encompassing multiple OB/GYN groups and ancillary services such as pain management, mental health, and a surgery center. The organization is actively growing, with plans to expand into additional locations.</p><p><strong>Clinical Facilities</strong><br>The group admits to a modern, full-service hospital featuring a Level IIB nursery and all specialty services on-site.
