OBGYN Laborist Physician - Flexible Schedule, Potential Academic Teaching Opportunity

<p><p><strong>Mount Carmel Health System</strong>one of Central Ohios largest healthcare networksis seeking a dedicated <strong>OBGYN Laborist Physician</strong> to join our team and provide exceptional care in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.</p><p><strong>Position Highlights</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Employment Status:</strong> 0.9 FTE</li><li><strong>Schedule Options:</strong></li><ul><li>Standard: <strong>Three 12-hour shifts per week</strong></li><li>Optional: <strong>One 24-hour shift plus one 12-hour shift</strong> for those who prefer longer blocks</li></ul><li><strong>No Outpatient Responsibilities:</strong> Focus exclusively on inpatient obstetrics and gynecology</li><li><strong>Hospital Locations:</strong></li><ul><li>Mount Carmel St. Anns -(OSU OB/GYN residents)- Level III nursery, ~3,500 deliveries/year</li><li>Mount Carmel East - (Nurse Midwives) -Level III nursery, ~2,000 deliveries/year</li><li>Mount Carmel Grove City -(OSU OB/GYN residents)-Level II, ~1500 deliveries/year</li></ul><li><strong>Team Environment:</strong> Work alongside experienced OBGYNs, midwives, anesthesiologists, and neonatologists</li><li><strong>24/7 MFM Support:</strong> Continuous maternal-fetal medicine coverage for complex cases</li><li><strong>Academic Affiliation:</strong> It is essential that you are open to teaching and mentoring residents through our partnership with OSU OBGYN Residency on the Mt. Carmel St. Anns Hospital or Mt.
