<b>Job Description & Requirements</b><br>Occupational Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant(NP)<br>StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $72.75 - $78.75 <br><br><p>This facility is seeking an Occupational Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant(NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Details and requirements for this opportunity:</p><p>Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, ongoing starting August 1, 2026</p><p><br></p><p>Practice Setting: Outpatient occupational medicine clinic</p><p><br></p><p>Types of Cases: Pre-employment physicals, return-to-work evaluations, workers' compensation, occupational injuries, medical surveillance, substance testing, fit-for-duty examinations</p><p><br></p><p>Credentialing Timeframe: Fast onboarding</p><p><br></p><p>Certifications Required: Department of Transportation certification, Drug Enforcement Administration registration, Controlled Dangerous Substances registration</p><p><br></p><p>Licensure Required: Active New Jersey advanced practice license</p><br><br><b>Facility Location</b><br>Located just a few miles from the New Jersey Shore, Lakewood offers a comforting combination of hometown and modern.
