<p><strong>Full Time Preferred | Monday–Friday | Guaranteed 1st year salary of $540,000 with 30% bonus on collections above $1.8M (pro-rated for part time)</strong></p><p>The Krupp Center is a leading provider of oral, dental, maxillofacial, and cosmetic surgery in the greater Baltimore area. We are currently seeking a <strong>Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon (ABOMS)</strong> to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a well-established, high-volume practice with a strong support team and a commitment to clinical excellence.</p><p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p><ul><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Perform a wide range of oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures with precision and care</li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and provide pre- and post-operative care</li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and imaging</li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Collaborate closely with surgical assistants and front office staff to ensure optimal patient experience</li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation</li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Stay current on advancements and best practices in the field</li></ul><p><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></p><ul><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">ABOMS Diplomate or active ABOMS candidate status</li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Unrestricted Maryland dental license</li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">ACLS and DEA certification</li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Experience with complex oral surgery cases</li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Strong knowledge of oral anatomy and patient assessment</li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Proficiency with dental office software (experience with DSN preferred)</li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">A team player with a patient-first attitude and high clinical standards</li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Required to maintain Hospital Privileges, call not required</li></ul><p><strong>Schedule:</strong><span style="font-weight: 400;"> </span><em><span style="font-weight: 400;">Full Time Preferred, Part Time considered</span></em></p><ul><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">The office is open Monday to Friday: </span><strong>7:30am–4:00pm</strong></li></ul><p><strong>Compensation and Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Guaranteed 1st year salary of <strong>$540,000</strong> with <strong>30% bonus on collections above $1.8M</strong> (pro-rated for part-time)</li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">4 weeks vacation</li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">CE and licensure allowance</li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Malpractice allowance, OMSNIC preferred</li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Health Insurance</li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">401K Employer Contribution: 3% of compensation when eligible per plan</li></ul><p>If you're a skilled surgeon looking to join a thriving, patient-centered practice with a collaborative culture, <strong>The Krupp Center</strong> would love to hear from you.
