Orthopedic Nurse Practitioner

<p>$5,000 Starting Bonus. </p><p>Outpatient satellite clinic based in Laurens County. </p><p>Assess patients in clinic and other outside facilities that are contracted with SMG/SRH, and completes medical histories and physical examinations to appropriately provide care to patients in accordance with the medical plan of care and within own scope of practice. </p><p>Accurately chart history and care plan in electronic medical record (EMR), closing encounters within the time guidelines set forth by Self Medical Group and Self Regional Healthcare Administration. </p><p>Completing all EMR generated tasks and assisting care team in achieving Meaningful Use measures. </p><p>Performs all other assigned duties per SMG Physicians, Practice Manager, and Self Medical Group Administration.</p><p><a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" class="editor-link" href="mailto:jmcbride@selfregional.org">jmcbride@selfregional.org</a></p>
