As part of our long-term succession planning and continued growth, we are hiring multiple Otolaryngologists to join our team.  </span></p><p><span style="font-weight: 400;">We welcome applications from General Otolaryngologists, Head & Neck Surgeons, Laryngologists, and Pediatric Otolaryngologists who are BE/BC and interested in building a long-term career within a stable, physician-owned practice. These are full-time, salaried positions with an</span> <span style="font-weight: 400;">ownership track, offering the opportunity to transition into partnership while working alongside experienced physicians. </span></p><p><strong>Our services include but are not limited to</strong><span style="font-weight: 400;">:</span></p><ul><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Diagnosis and treatment of conditions affecting the ears, nose, throat, head, and neck.</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Pediatric and adult ENT care.</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Endoscopic procedures, including nasal and sinus surgeries.</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Management of sleep apnea and snoring disorders.</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Head and neck surgery, including thyroid and parathyroid conditions.</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Audiology and hearing assessments including CI, ABR, BAHA, APD and balance testing.</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Allergy testing and management.</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Treatment of voice and swallowing disorders.</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ultrasound guided biopsies.</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">In house CT of temporal bone and sinus.</span></li></ul><p><strong>You will enjoy:</strong></p><ul><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Excellent work/life balance.
