Details & requirements for this opportunity:</span></p><ul><li><span style="font-size: 9pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Schedule: Monday – Friday 8 AM – 5 PM, call one week per month</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 9pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Practice Setting: Clinic</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 9pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Types of Cases: 50/50 mix pediatrics and adult; 20% Medicaid, 40% Medicare; Tubes, Fine needle aspiration (FNA biopsies), lesion removals, etcetera </span></li><li><span style="font-size: 9pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Credentialing Timeline: 60-90 days</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 9pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 9pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Board Certified or truly Board Eligible (within 2 years of completing training program)</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 9pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Must have an active Illinois license</span></li></ul><br><br><b>Job Benefits</b><br>AMN Healthcare typically arranges medical or dental malpractice insurance for the contractor providers we match to client opportunities.
