PA, Physician Assistant - Family Medicine

<p><strong>Description</strong><br></p><p>Job Summary</p><p>We are seeking a <strong>Physician Assistant</strong> to join our <strong>Family Medicine team in Chandler, TX</strong>. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care in a collaborative outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will be committed to building long-term patient relationships and delivering high-quality care to patients across all ages.</p><p></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li><p>Provide full-spectrum primary care including preventive services, acute care, and chronic disease management</p></li><li><p>Perform patient evaluations, wellness exams, and routine screenings</p></li><li><p>Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic studies</p></li><li><p>Develop and manage individualized treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians</p></li><li><p>Educate patients on disease prevention, medications, and lifestyle modifications</p></li><li><p>Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure coordinated patient care</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li><p>Current Texas license as a Physician Assistant</p></li><li><p>National certification (NCCPA)</p></li><li><p>Previous family medicine or primary care experience preferred</p></li><li><p>Strong clinical judgment and communication skills</p></li><li><p>Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Schedule & Compensation</p><ul><li><p>Full-time outpatient schedule</p></li><li><p>Competitive compensation based on experience</p></li><li><p>Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, malpractice coverage, PTO, CME allowance, and a 403(b) retirement plan with employer match</p></li></ul>
