<b>Job Description & Requirements</b><br>Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician<br>StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Day 8 Pay Rate: $1552.00 - $1680.00 <br><br><p>This facility is seeking a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.</p><p>Details & requirements for this opportunity:</p><ul><li>Dates: Vacation coverage; August 8th, 2022-August 14th, 2022. </li><li>Schedule: 8 am-5:30 pm.</li><li>Job Setting: Rehabilitation Center</li><li>Electronic Medical Record- EPIC</li><li>Active Texas license, Board Certification, Basic Life Support (BLS) is required, and Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA) preferred </li></ul><br><br><b>Facility Location</b><br>A city of about 100,000 residents located 100 miles southeast of the Dallas-Fort Worth metro area, Tyler, Texas is the self-called "Rose Capital of the World," where you’ll find the largest rose garden in the United States.
