This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, offering an exceptional work-life balance and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of Veterans.</p><p><strong>Position Highlights & Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Comprehensive Primary Care</strong>: Diagnose and treat a broad range of acute and chronic conditions, conduct physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop patient management plans.</p></li><li><p><strong>Multi-Disciplinary Teamwork</strong>: Collaborate within a Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) including an RN care manager, LPN, clinical pharmacist, psychologists, and social workers to deliver coordinated, wrap-around care.</p></li><li><p><strong>Education & Mentorship:</strong> Teach and mentor medical students, residents, and other learners, fostering the next generation of clinicians.</p></li><li><p><strong>Integrated Support Services:</strong> Work in a system that provides seamless access to social work, travel assistance, housing, and pharmacy services-without the hassles of pre-authorizations or multiple formularies.</p></li><li><p><strong>Small-Clinic Feel, Large-System Resources:</strong> Choose to work at the main facility with a large academic-center feel, or one of our small community clinics.
