<td> <p style="margin-left:0in; margin-right:0in"> Loma Linda University Health (LLUH) is seeking a full-time<strong>, academic Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI) physician</strong> to serve as <strong>Director of the Center for Fertility</strong> and lead the program’s next chapter. Following a brief clinical pause after the departure of our prior REI physician in July 2025, the Center is poised for a <strong>fresh start</strong>—with <strong>remodeled spaces, updated equipment, and optimized and audited tissue storage systems </strong>already in place. This is a rare opportunity for an REI leader to <strong>relaunch and shape a well-established program (30+ years)</strong> with meaningful <strong>autonomy</strong> and strong institutional support. </p> <p style="margin-left:0in; margin-right:0in"> The Director will build and grow a comprehensive REI clinical practice in close partnership with an experienced team that includes <strong>embryology, andrology, lab assistants, nurses, and dedicated administrative staff</strong>. Working collaboratively with the embryologist, department chair, and administrator, the Director will help develop <strong>streamlined, high-reliability operations</strong> while setting the vision for patient-centered, high-quality fertility care. </p> <p style="margin-left:0in; margin-right:0in"> This role includes a <strong>teaching faculty appointment</strong> in the LLU School of Medicine, with opportunities to <strong>mentor residents and develop REI research</strong>, leveraging a robust academic department that includes <strong>37 residents and 3 fellows</strong> and a multidisciplinary group of <strong>OB/GYN generalists, GYN/ONC, MFM, and URO/GYN physicians</strong>. Variable compensation above base is paid semi-annually for additional productivity above benchmark.
